Smoking is not allowed.
B&B is at the 1st floor without elevator.
Pet guests are not allowed.
English and French speaking staff.
Please keep clean the whole building. Any damage must be paid.
At the check out the keys to the apartment must be returned.
Direction declines any responsibilities for loss, theft and damage of objects left in the rooms or in the B&B apartment.

Reservation rules
The B&B requires a 30% non-refundable deposit, in order to guarantee reservation at the moment of booking.
Balance is due on arrival in euros. At the moment of check in, it’s important to show identity documents (identity card or passport), and the booking coupon to proceed to the balance.
